One of the most valuable benefits of being at Orion Little Stars nursery at Scotts Park, Blenheim, and Ravensworth is our unique setting of being within the school environment. This give our Little Stars the chance to interact with children in Reception and Year 1 and to visit the 'big school'. 

Over the recent weeks our children have enjoyed several collaborative activities, interacting with older pupils. These opportunities allow our Little Stars to observe, learn, and grow confidence by engaging with children in Reception and Year 1. 

The children have been taking in part in story time and participating in a supervised outdoor activity with the older children. These interactions provide crucial role models and make the move to their chosedn 'big school' feel natural and exciting.

Our core belief is that learning should be fun for all children. While enjoying play based learning activities like construction and imaginative role play, our children actively build the key social and emotional skills necessary for primary education.
