At Orion Little Stars Nursery, every morning is filled with imagination, laughter and learning

Earlier this week, our Little Stars stepped into the world of real life heroes during a wonderful role play session. The classroom was transformed into a busy town, complete with a police station, hospital, and emergency response team!

Our young police officers confidently patrolled the area, helping their friends and making sure everyone was safe. Meanwhile, in our role-play hospital, caring doctors and nurses worked together to look after their patients. From checking heartbeats with toy stethoscopes to carefully bandaging arms and writing important “medical notes,” the children fully embraced their roles.

Through role play, our children develop:

Communication and language skills

Confidence and self-expression

Teamwork and cooperation

Problem-solving abilities

Empathy and understanding of community roles

It is wonderful to see the children taking turns, listening to one another, and supporting their friends. It is play and  learning in action.
